1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement governing the tak platform and all related services ("Services") — effective between the entity operating the services ("tak", "we", "our") and each registered member ("member", "you", "your").

By opening an account on the platform or using the services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. Alongside these Terms, tak's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also form an integral part of the membership agreement.

2 Account Registration and Identity Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on tak, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• A single mobile number may be linked to only one account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

tak reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. For processing withdrawals, releasing bonuses, or making any account-related changes, tak may request a copy of a national identity card, passport, or birth registration certificate. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, tak has the right to place the relevant request on hold.

2.3 Updating Information

If any registered account information changes, the member is required to notify tak immediately. Any problems arising from incorrect or outdated information are the member's own responsibility.

3 Age Restriction

All casino and betting activities on tak are for individuals aged 21 or above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the services.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can currently be deposited into a tak account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• Deposit transactions are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.
• Keep a record of your transactions for your own reference.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawals are processed via the same method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

• Completion of identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before making a withdrawal.
• Bonus funds for which the wagering requirement has not been met cannot be withdrawn.
• If multiple withdrawal requests are submitted at the same time, they are processed in sequence.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.

For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Before withdrawal, you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

tak regularly runs various promotional offers for members. The terms and conditions of each offer apply separately.

• Weekly tak Reward: 50% bonus, up to ৳10,000; 20x wagering.
• Friday tak Festival: 75% bonus, up to ৳15,000; 25x wagering.
• Cricket tak Dhamaka: 30% bonus, up to ৳8,000; 15x wagering.
• Birthday tak Gift: up to ৳2,000; 10x wagering.
• Refer a Friend tak Win: up to ৳5,000; 12x wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is never direct cash — fulfilling the specified wagering requirement for each bonus is mandatory.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• tak's decision is final in determining eligibility to receive a bonus.
• If fraud is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• No bonus will be awarded if the minimum deposit amount of ৳200 is not met.

6 Game Rules and Fair Use

6.1 Honest Participation

Every member on tak participates individually through their own account. The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalty:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Using bots, automated software, or any kind of automation tools.
• Creating artificial transactions to exploit casino or betting offers ("arbitrage").
• Coordinated betting from multiple accounts under concealed identities for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability on the platform.

6.2 Game Results

All games are operated through the systems of established software providers. If an incorrect result is unintentionally displayed due to a technical error, tak reserves the right to void the relevant transaction. The rules specific to each game can be found in the relevant game section.

7 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Avoid logging in on public devices or shared internet connections.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and notify support.
• Do not share your OTP or verification code with anyone.

tak is not responsible if a third party accesses the account or causes damage due to the member's own negligence. However, tak will act promptly as soon as a security breach is reported.

8 Platform Use Restrictions

8.1 Technical Support

tak operates both an Android APK and an iOS app — available through official channels. A stable internet connection and a compatible operating system are required to use the platform on any device.

8.2 Service Interruptions

The service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, network issues, or unexpected technical incidents. In such situations, tak will make every effort to restore the service as quickly as possible. tak is not obliged to compensate any member for potential earnings lost due to a service interruption.

8.3 Prohibited Activities

• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or reproducing any part of the platform is prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds is prohibited.
• Any attempt to interfere with the platform's security systems is prohibited.

9 Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All content on the tak platform — logos, designs, written material, graphics, software, and the user interface — is covered by the intellectual property rights of tak or its licensed providers. Membership grants you limited permission to use this content for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any content from the platform for commercial purposes without tak's written permission is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.

10 Responsible Gaming

tak believes that betting and casino activities should be enjoyed as entertainment, not as a means to spend beyond one's means. We advise every member to set a spending limit for themselves.

11 Changes to Terms

tak reserves the right to change, amend, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified through their account or on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect will be taken as your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

12 Account Closure and Restriction

12.1 Closure by tak

tak reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, dishonest account activity, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete identity verification or submission of false information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Evidence of an account being used by a minor.

12.2 Closure by the Member

Any member who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact tak support. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided; however, any incomplete bonus subject to an ongoing wagering requirement will be forfeited.
